This street is parallel to the famous Unter den Linden. I first stepped on it 4 years ago, together with my parents. It was a pure coincidence. But I could never have forgoten it, since it was the street that carried my name. Last year I came back to Berlin and looked for the Dorotheenstrasse again, just to take a picture of it. The result can be seen in the above image.

I've looked and looked after this street until I got dizzy (with my GPS), cause here I had to get to the Romanian Embassy.
Officially I wanted to vote, unofficially I just wished to see the embassy.
While turning left on the Dorotheenstrasse , a gentleman appears with his very new and modern VW, he opened the car window and said "The embassy is over there, I know it's hard to find it but go there and vote". He was could have been someone working at the embassy or just a lost tourist, just like us. I don't know.

But he helped us in finding the embassy.
